Marine separating machine
Model KYDB307SD-23 separator is mainly used to remove water and mechanical impurities from fuel oil, lubricating oil and other marine diesel engine unit and land used diesel generator unit of power station so as to reduce wear of the diesel engine and other machine, and prolong engine life. The model is also used to separate two unsolvable liquids with different specific gravity or remove small amount of solid particle from liquid. The model adopts automatic control, it has the advantages of high efficiency, low oil consumption, convenient operation and economic maintenance cost. The clear oil and dirty water are pumped out by centripetal pump, the sludge is discharged automatically and fully. The machine is one kind of rotary machine with high speed. After accurate dynamic balancing, it can run for long time low vibration, safety and security. The design, product and acceptance are conformed to the standard of GB/T5745<Marine Disc Separator>.
Water Control: Automatic control unlocking water, sealing water and water-seal/water switching.
Pneumatic Control: Filter and adjust compressed air, control heavy phase pneumatic valve and three-way chang over pneumatic valve.
Temperature Control: Automatic control the temperature of the oil line,also control separately or with electric control cabinet at the same time.
Buzzer Control: Monitor oil temperature, pressure, over loading, non-discharging and leaking, and offer a group of passive contactor stretching out to control panel.
Description Of Supply:
1. Supply scope and documents attached to the machine: one set of separator(including motor), one set of special tools, one set of spare parts, instruction manual, certificate of quality, packing list.
2. If any customer option, the cost should be paid additionally: Oil feed pump, operation water tank, heater, electric control cabinet, unit module.

Installation Notice:
1. Take into consideration the enough available to maintenance and repair separator before installation.
2. The foundation must be firm, plan and leveling.
3. All the pipes connecting with separator should be flexible.
4. The operation water of the separator must be soft water, the pressure of which is between 0.025MPa and 0.03MPa.
